PROF.MUSHTAQUE AHMAD

Prof. Mushtaque Ahmed is currently working as the Principal of C.M College,Darbhanga. He has served as Registrar of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbanga,Bihar for 3 years. He has 25 years of teaching experience, 14 years of administrative experience. His qualification includes M.A. (Urdu) 1st Class, NET (UGC) Ph.D. (on Iqbaqliyat). Formerly, he has worked as a director of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Chair, L.N.M.U Darbhanga for 3 years and Vice Chairman of Urdu Advisory Committee,Govt. Of Bihar for 3 years and he has 15 Ph.D. Research Scholar successfully awarded under his supervision. He has 26 books, 150 research papers published along with 300 Articles and 205 book reviews and he is recipient of several academic awards such as Bihar Urdu Academy Award for “Tanquidi Basirat” in 1996. He is the editor of Jahan-e-Urdu(U.G.C CARE listed research journal)for 22 years He has conducted/participated 9 international seminars, 35 national seminars, 10 work shop and 3 orientation & refresher courses.
